We are still in the process of moving in but I already feel settled.
The apartment is in Innwood on the Upper, Upper West Side of Manhattan - just 50 blocks north of my previous
location. A great, safe neighbourhood with a bakery, restaurants, wide-aisled grocery store (so important), bike
shop, library and steps from the subway and Fort Tryon Park. On a good day it takes 35 minutes to get to school.
Door to door. More like 45 depending on the trains. Hope and I are still unpacking. We had our first dinner
surrounded by boxes which were sidelined for this photo. The winter term is in full swing. The first 5 months have flown by.
