I needed a break from NY.
The Big Apple is an amazing city but after 7 months I require some quiet (Nancy Potts could have predicted this.)
I am staying in a tent in a residential neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale.
No wet t-shirt contests here.
I could have booked into one of 5 rooms in the house ($88) but tents are only $50/night.
Feels good to have peace and quiet.
The final three months at school are going to be intense.
This quiet time will allow me to regroup and refocus.
