This project is about healing through revealing - whether it be from a near-fatal car accident, a problematic premature birth, breast cancer or a grizzly bear attack. All of the subjects were residents of the Northwest Territories when they were photographed between 2013-2014.  This collection represents men and women who, by exposing their bodies, expose the contrast between light and dark, masculine and feminine, fear and faith.
